Lewisville is set to welcome three new developments, as approved by the City Council. Alliance Industrial will be constructing an approximately 80,000-square-foot warehouse at the southeast corner of State Highway 121 and Vista Ridge Mall Drive, with most of the development located on the Lewisville side. Palladium USA will own a four-story 90-unit multifamily residential development at 305 E. Round Grove Road, complete with amenities such as a dog park, playground, clubhouse, and Operation Community Care, a nonprofit that will provide counseling, job training, and a food pantry. Additionally, The Luxe at Lewisville, a senior living community for individuals over the age of 55, is expected to open in early 2025 at the corner of Round Grove Road and Ace Lane in Lewisville. The Luxe at Lewisville will offer a range of amenities, including a media room, yoga studio, hair salon, and more. Construction for The Luxe at Lewisville is scheduled to be completed by February 2025.
