I find it extremely rewarding that we at Subcontractors USA are able to highlight agencies, primes, and subcontractors across industries—including engineering, architecture, construction, transportation, IT, petrochemical, oil and gas, energy, and manufacturing—who work together to expand participation in Texas’ business community.

As a minority-owned publication and media company, we feel it is our obligation and privilege to recognize agencies that invest their time, resources, and capital to create real opportunities for minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses. While some companies do not always meet their participation goals, we make it a priority to highlight those that do—serving as a bridge that supports growth across Texas for certified women, veteran, and minority-owned businesses seeking to work with larger partners.

This annual event celebrates organizations that are contributing to Texas’ economic growth by opening doors and expanding access to business opportunities. Subcontractors USA takes great pride in honoring prime contractors and agencies that create pathways for subcontractors to engage in work that was once out of reach. It is also an opportunity to recognize these prime contractors for their achievements and their contributions to the broader community.
