See METRO’s Memorial Day Schedule

In observance of Memorial Day, METRO will operate the following schedule on Monday, May 27, 2024:

METROLift Reservations

  • METROLift Reservations and METROLift Customer Service offices will beย closedย Monday, May 27.ย 
  • All Monday subscription trips will beย canceled.
  • Customers should call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, May 24 to schedule
    trips for May 25 – May 28.
  • You may schedule a trip one day prior to your travel date by using MACS at 713-739-4690 (5 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or online throughย MACS-WEB / EZ-WALLET. Your client ID and password are required.
