In observance of Memorial Day, METRO will operate the following schedule on Monday, May 27, 2024:
- Local bus, METRORail and METRORapid will operate on Sunday schedules.
- Park & Ride will not operate.
- METRO curb2curb service will operate on a Sunday schedule.
- All METRO HOV/HOT Lanes will be closed.
- The Customer Service Call Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- RideStores and Lost & Found will be closed.
METROLift Reservations
- METROLift Reservations and METROLift Customer Service offices will be closed Monday, May 27.
- All Monday subscription trips will be canceled.
- Customers should call the reservation line at 713-225-6716 on Friday, May 24 to schedule
trips for May 25 – May 28. - You may schedule a trip one day prior to your travel date by using MACS at 713-739-4690 (5 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or online through MACS-WEB / EZ-WALLET. Your client ID and password are required.
