Established in 1991, GHBPF was designed to provide advocates with an opportunity to promote and enhance the success of economically and socially disadvantaged businesses.

GHBPF is a convenient way for small business owners and operators to acquire contracts, information, and assistance from government agencies and large businesses. For years, small businesses have networked with each other and connected with larger businesses and agencies in the community through the GHBPF breakfasts and networking events.
