Skanska’s Construction Management Building Blocks (CMBB) program series aims to help participants understand the expectations of working with large general contractors, provide accessibility to essential information and address and barriers to success. The program is a free, ten-week coaching and education series designed to provide specific training to firms interested in working with Skanska. Participants receive instruction from Skanska and industry professionals who share their knowledge and provide insight into what  it takes to be a successful business in the construction industry.
