JE Dunn Construction is leading the Design-Build Team for MD Anderson’s project in Sugar Land, Texas. This new construction project will provide a full service ambulatory cancer care facility with a short stay bed unit. The building is design with 5 levels, covering 472,000 SF. The facility is planned to provide spaces for multidisciplinary clinics, radiation oncology, infusion therapy, pharmacy services and much more. Site work and building structure construction has commenced. This final procurement package is mainly interior finishes, but also includes metal wall, soffit and roof panels, along with landscaping and irrigation.
