“Beyond North America, we are growing our presence in Europe to serve clients in the advanced technology market which includes data centers, EV battery plants, battery circularity, semiconductors, advanced industrial, renewable energy, clean hydrogen, and biopharma work,” the release said.

Turner says contracts secured in 2023 include projects such as the Austin Convention Center, a stadium for the NFL’s Tennessee Titans, expansion of Des Moines International Airport, numerous data centers across North America, and work at colleges such as Columbia University, Harvard University, the University of Georgia, and the University of Kansas.

“We are investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and exploring how AI can make us more efficient across our departments, including engineering, project management, and financial operations,” said Mike Kuntz, Executive Vice President, Turner Construction. Kuntz continued, “In 50 years, as people reflect on our work building significant sustainable and resilient projects in our communities, I hope they will recognize that the most lasting, rewarding and life-changing work we have done is the progress we made in building a more just society.”
