JE Dunn Construction: MD Anderson Cancer Center Sugar Land Pre-Bid & HUB Outreach

ATTENTION ALL HOUSTON-AREA TRADE PARTNERS AND VENDORS!

JE Dunn Construction is leading the Design-Build Team for MD Anderson’s project in Sugar Land, Texas. The project consists of a new 5 story 476,000 SF building sitting on a 30-acre site. The cast in place structure will be enclosed by curtain wall, precast architectural panels, and metal composite panels. Surface parking will be provided for over 1,000 cars.

Scopes for this large project will be bought as Work Packages are released. Currently, we are soliciting proposals for these Scopes of Work: Site Utilities, Structural Concrete, Site Concrete, Earthwork, Elevators, Pneumatic Tube, Fire Protection, General Works, SWPPP, Construction Trailers, Surveying, Tower Crane, Buck Hoist, Waterproofing, and Termite Control

All interested trade partners, vendors and suppliers are invited to attend this non-mandatory HUB Outreach Pre-bid meeting. To learn more about how to work with JE Dunn as a trade partner and our Minority Contractor Development program, please join us at one of these meetings.

Please note: We are hosting 2 outreach events. The same program will be presented at both events. Interested parties need only attend one or the other. A virtual call-in option will be available at each session.
