Turner Construction was named one of America’s Dream Employers and one of America’s Best Employers for Engineers by Forbes Magazine in two different rankings.
The honors were based on extensive feedback from employees and engineers across the country, evaluating factors like career development, work-life balance, and workplace culture, a news release from the company stated.

America’s Dream Employers were identified in surveys of United States college students who nominated their “Dream Employers,” as well as employees working for the nominated organizations.
The Best Employers for Engineering Students reflects insights from engineers across the U.S. who evaluated their employers on key aspects that make a workplace outstanding, including: atmosphere and development, diversity, salary and benefits, workplace conditions, and company image.
Forbes has previously recognized Turner as a Best Large Employer, a Best Employer for Diversity, a Best Employer for Women, and a Great Employer for New Graduates.
