The DART Board of Directors approved a public hearing to receive comments on proposed fare changes. The public hearing is scheduled for Aug. 27, 2024.
Motorists who travel on Coit Road through the North Dallas and Richardson area will see an adjustment to their daily commute on Wednesday, June 27, but can also expect a smoother ride along the way.
This contract encompasses the operation of DART’s Paratransit, Microtransit, and Rider Assistance Programs.
The plan goals articulate a clear pathway that leverages DART as a valued partner in the economic and social landscape of North Texas.
Collina Washington-Beard will oversee DART’s contracts and purchasing functions, as well as maintain oversight of the agency’s Materials Management and Diversity and Vendor Management Divisions.
DART is more than 60% complete with the Silver Line project overall and will begin to fully test the trains in segments on the Silver Line tracks later this summer.
